Good quality
Nice, big roots. Clean. No need to cut bits off or scrub before using. Made a quart-size tincture that will last quite a while. Can't see giving these as a gift. I gave five stars for flavor, but that's not important with a tincture. Don't know how it'd taste when cooked. A little spendy, I think, but saves me the trouble of an 1.5 hour drive to buy them locally so I'm not complaining. Will definitely order again when I need more.

Not all of them were shipped together and delivered at the same time.
I bought this because it is stated delivery tomorrow. So I bought 10. But only 2 out of 10 were delivered by the day of tomorrow. 8 of them were delivered on the next couple days. My mom already took that 2 packages and flew away out of the country. The 8 packages are still inside my my house.

Poor packaging
Just opened this ginseng, everything looks good except the packaging . Ginseng, mushrooms are supposed to be vacuumed packed so the air won’t go inside. But both items I ordered are just either packed with PVC box with some bubble bag( of course not food standard ) on bottom ( ginseng ) or packed with a poor quality zipper bag .

Bad quality
Blacken and rotten inside. Had to throw out most of them. Definitely not worth the money

Too hard to use
I had hoped the product would arrive in slices, it came as small roots. These are so rock like that I am unable to grate or cut them. I only want to use a small piece daily and don't know how I may do this. The product was not cheap at nearly £40.
