Crazy bright with very good distance
I have been long time user of Kensun HID kits because of the cost and decent performance. But my Nissan Murano has always had problems with Kensun HIDs for some reason. So with the new craze being LED kits I decided to give them a try. I did extensive research online and the Opt7 LED kit seems to have been deemed king of the bunch when taking performance and cost into account. The SNGL kits are also on the top 10 lists but Opt7 seems to always be #1. So I purchased an Opt7 kit but was very disappointed with their performance (see my Opt7 review). I skipped over the Kensun LED kits (rated #2) because of inconsistent reviews (and my bad experience with Kensun customer service) and decided on the SNGL kit (who also had inconsistent reviews) because I found a blog site where they rave about SNGL quality. The SNGL bulbs definitely feel very sturdy and the ability to adjust the light output pattern is great. On the Opt7 bulbs you adjust the light pattern by rotating the bulb in the housing until you achieve desired pattern, down side to this is the bulb doesn't really lock in place because you can rotate a continuous 360. On the SNGL bulbs you adjust and lock the light diode orientation by using a hex wrench, this way there's no guessing because once the bulb locks its in the right orientation. The light output is amazing with very good distance throw. I would say the distance throw is about 4-5 car length ahead before it really washes out. The side output is also great which is perfect for dark roads. The light is instant on without flickering and it has no problem with my auto headlight mode (Kensun HIDs didn't work in auto mode). There is a definite hum noise from the cooling fans but its faint and only heard when standing next to the car when compared to the Opt7 that is audible inside the car. My only concern at this point is whether the light is too bright and can blind others. When driving around I can tell it projects a bit high, i.e. in other people's faces. I am holding judgement to see if I get a lot of people flashing me.This review is based on initial hands on because the kit was installed last night. I will definitely be coming back to update to determine if it was worth the $178 price tag.UPDATE (05/02/17): So far I must say I am really enjoying these lights. The performance has been spot on thus far without any issues. They are instant on every time and I have not noticed any flickering. I still think they shine a bit high but I haven't been flashed or pulled over. However, I did notice pulling up to a restaurant parking lot to pick up an order and there was a family sitting by the window who kept looking up at my car. Too bright or too amazing? Who knows. The fan noise is definitely a non-issue as you do not hear it while driving and its barely noticeable when you stand next to the vehicle. I can't speak for the longevity as it's only been about a month. $178 is pretty steep but I dont mind paying a bit more for quality. I'll update again if there are any problems.UPDATE (07/05/17): Still working without any problems. I often work night shift and there is usually a cop camping on the side of the road leading to my subdivision. He's never once pulled me over when I drive by, so I guess the lights aren't that blinding.UPDATE (12/26/17): Still no problems, even in below zero temps.

Very good beam pattern on projector housing.
Very high quality packaging and very bright compared to other LED brands. The problem with LEDs in projector housing is that they don't projectet far down the road, but this one does. The beam pattern is very good and beam is focused. I tried many other LEDs. This one is the best. This one was installed on 2017 Chevy Malibu Premier.Update:It's been six month and bulbs are still running. Very happy with them.

Your Own Personal White Dwarfs.
I tried the the SNGLs for my 2014 Dodge Durango (9012, projector housings) after buying, and subsequently retrurning the Hikari brand LEDs. The Hikaris offered barely any down the road visibility (the SNGLs are fantastic). Also the collar on the bulb did not line up correctly to allow for the correct beam pattern on one the bulbs when turned in correctly. The SNGLs are adjustable, so no worries about that. I did; however, end up having the flicker/pulse issue where one, or both lights will turn off then on again. Then I remembered the relays that they included with the kit for this specific issue. I snapped them bad boys on, and I was good to go. Having them included was super convenient. As far as performance these provide more visibility than the Philips CrystalVision halogens that I had previously installed, in both down the road, and peripheral . LEDs are not known for this, but not these — they really do excel. As far as color temperature they are a crisp white hue, with no hint of blue. For build quality they feel solid. The ballasts are substantial. There are also gaskets where the ballasts connect to the LEDs that then have a twist on collar to ensure a sealed connection. There are also two spare adjustment screws just in case you happen to strip one when adjusting the LEDs (they’re tiny). There’s also zip ties included for securing the ballasts, and wires to your vehicle.All-in-all I’d say they’re absolutely worth the money.

Great lights not so great contact with seller
Great set of lights for my Ram. The Can Bus Drivers and anti-flicker harnesses worked perfectly. Instructions are a little vague and I couldn't get an answer as to what side of the LED bulb faced up in the housing. Great product but over priced, they left the original invoice on the container when they shipped it to me. Paid like 187 and they were like 15 bucks on the original invoice. Way to far of a mark up for me. **Update 7/21/2018** The light are still working great. Bright as hell and definitely a great addition to the truck!
