Really recommend this.... tastes great - not sickly - is refreshing and effective for helping maintain stamina during endurance runs/bike rides.

taste ok for powder, but took six weeks shipping

Mixing at higher concentrations can be a little funky, but this is a great option. Unlike some other brands (e.g., Skratch), this is good for running since it doesn’t seem to cause carbonation when jostled around during a long run.

Appears to be as good as advertised. No problems with it at all.

After searching high and low for a powder based energy drink that had a good amount of caffeine and didn't have sweeteners such as sucralose, acesulfame, aspartame, stevia, etc, I was very happy to find this product. The aforementioned sweeteners all have an awful bitter aftertaste for me, but this only has glucose and sucrose, both of which are essentially just different forms of natural sugar and have no bad aftertaste whatsoever for me. The flavour with 2 scoops and 500ml of water is very subtle, but good. The problem is that caffeine itself is a very bitter compound, but it is almost entirely masked by the glocose/sucrose and the subtle cola flavour. I might try 3 scoops with 500ml water for a stronger cola flavour and more caffeine (150mg, more similar to some other powdered energy drinks), but that may make the caffeine bitterness too strong.
