Lo tomo como parte de mi rutina de suplementos porque casi no consumo pescado. Normalmente tomo una cápsula al día con una comida que tenga algo de grasa, y si tuve un día con actividad física más intensa, a veces tomo dos.La cápsula es de tamaño mediano a grande, pero se me hace fácil de tragar. No tiene un olor fuerte a pescado y tampoco me deja un after taste molesto, que para mí es algo importante en un omega-3.Me parece que tiene buena concentración de EPA y DHA por cápsula, y por el precio siento que ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio. La guardo fuera del refrigerador y hasta ahora me ha funcionado bien. Buena opción si buscas un omega-3 práctico para complementar tu alimentación.

Excelente producto te sientes desinflamada, te ayuda mucho a la concentración. Considero que es de los mejores omegas sobre todo por la cantidad que tiene de EPA Y DHA y con sólo una al día. Me encantaría que tuvieras más descuento :)
