Ponmani Prime Plus - 2Lit Table Top Wet Grinder (180W, 100% Copper Motor, 10yrs Warranty, Lavender)

We are one of the repetitive customers for this brand (almost using for 20 years) and bought a new one recently. The quality and service seems good. I would recommend this product.

Fantastic product! This is our 2nd Ponmani grinder. We got first ponmani prime in 2010, when another customer in the shop suggested us to buy it... It still works wonderfully almost a decade later - Only we got new belt & bush from Ponmani customer center (~500) very recently for durability. Motor in excellent condition. We're using it in our another household now.My FIL purchased another famous brand last year and everytime we use it, batter will be sprayed all over the Surroundings and almost have to stand along with it completely... even the stone attachment cleaning was very tiresome.. worst experience.So I simply ordered a new ponmani prime plus in Amazon offer. It's awesome and we're very much happy to have bought it.I would still suggest ponmani prime to all my relatives and friends.Would like to appreciate owner Mr. Suresh & Mr. Gokul for their suggestions & customer service. They're so confident about their product quality & that's very much true.It's the quality & ease of use that has created a vast customer base for this product even without advertisement. They explain very well.I've written a big review only because i had personal experience with another branded one and then realised the value of ponmani. Believe me, you'll love it - especially after using any other brand 😅.Note: I ordered 1 ltr (masala drum) additionally from them directly.. it fits both in prime & prime plus models and works like a charm for grinding dosa batter for 2 ppl, vada batter for whole family of 7. Infact purchased another Masala drum for prime in my other household

After a year of using this product thought of sharing some feedback. It worked fine for 6 months or so. After that grinding time went on increasing and batter gets heated up. Not getting a fine paste either. The process now takes more than 75 minutes. Disappointed.

If there were any negative rating I would have given that. This grinder is absolutely waste of money. The grains are not properly grained. It is taking 1 hr extra to grind the grains compared to my previous grinder still it is not completely grinding the grains. When made a complaint to the company they are telling like we don't know how to use. After multiple complaints they send a technician, for the sake of repair he done some work but still the machine is not working. Still I don't know how this product got a national award. Please don't buy this product

Ponmani Prime plus 2 Ltr wet grinder, we had ordered on 22 Aug and received in time as promised in a perfect package. We are using this product almost for one month. Power button is very easy to operate.
