Quality product, in a too large bottle
I usually buy the larger quantity size, but it comes in a bottle large enough so product doesn’t anywhere near fill it. Trying to save counter space, I ordered this smaller quantity, thinking then I’d have a smaller sized bottle that I could fill up. But, they came in the same sized bottle, filling only 1” of the bottle. Worth a try. It’s a top quality product, no side effects. Has successfully raised my levels back to normal.

Great brand, but listen to your body!
I really wanted this to work because I’m a huge fan of Pure Encapsulations. They are honestly one of the only brands I trust for clean ingredients without all the "junk" fillers, and the quality of these 5mg capsules is definitely top-tier. However, I had to stop taking these after a short trial, and I wanted to share a quick warning for anyone else who might be sensitive to androgens. Even though 5mg is a super low dose, it was enough to trigger some pretty frustrating side effects for me. Within a week, I noticed My skin started getting really oily/breakout. I felt way more irritable and "snappy" than usual. It turns out my body is just very sensitive to the way DHEA converts to other hormones. It’s a bummer because the product itself is excellent, but if you have a history of PCOS, hormonal acne, or just general androgen sensitivity, please start slow and maybe talk to your doctor first!
