These are great, especially if you have dry mouth. I have their peppermint flavor, but my mouth has become really sensitive to minty and spicy things. (I really hope I get over that soon!). I really like the Fresh Fruit, they have a light flavor - a bit tart, but not overly. The flavor vaguely reminds me of Juicy Fruit gum. These help me a lot if I have a couple in the evening, then just before getting into bed I put another one in my cheek. I don't wake up as much with horrid dry mouth as before. If I have to get up during the night, I will grab another. Doesn't stop the issue entirely, but definitely helps. Editing 07/02/18 to add: start out slow with these, they taste really good - - but if you eat a whole bunch, your bowels will loosen up big time! I don't eat more than 4 or 5 in a day. The other thing, these are said to be deadly to dogs. My dogs will eat anything that remotely looks/tastes like food, so I've been extremely careful. I still have dry mouth issues, but these and the Spry mouth spray have helped the most out of numerous products I've tried.

I really do love these for my Sjogren’s and jar mouse issues I had first tried them at the dentist, but the ones at the dentist definitely tasted better even though it’s the same flavor I do wish the flavor tasted better if so I would give it a five

We have tried the fruit mints and cinnamon mints. We like the Fresh Fruit mints the best. The Cinnamon mints are a mixed bag. They are very strong...almost too strong. My daughter says the cinnamon "burn" her stomach because they are so strong. I do not have that problem, but the cinnamon are a bit over-powering. I probably will not purchase the cinnamon again, as everyone likes the fresh fruit mints. We have also tried the cinnamon gum, which is very good...not too strong at all. We just received the 8-flavor variety pack so we could try all the flavors. After we have tried all 8 flavors, I will add the results to this review. It appears that the flavor is mostly in the gum shell coating as the flavor subsides quickly after the shell is consumed. There remains a small amount of flavor once the shell is gone. I will definitely buy the gums again...the cinnamon for sure, and any other flavors we like from the variety pack. The ingredients are very good, which is why I bought Epic products verses others. I recommend Epic xylitol products, and I intend to buy more.

Compared to the pricier XyliDENT Xylitol Tablets you may consider this brand to be a better deal and are willing to sacrifice on taste.

I have been getting these every month on a subscription. They taste very good. No aftertaste. They moisturize my mouth almost instantly. I use a COAP machine nightly, and without these my mouth was like cotton when I woke up. I highly recommend these.
