Helps me to initially fall asleep and be able to fall back asleep much more easily. Taste doesn’t bother me.

Best Mg option I have found
This is exactly what I was looking for. A non-tablet/capsule option for Magnesium that tasted great, third party tested and easily digestible. This checks all the boxes. These taste great in a cup of tea or coffee or just straight out of the package.

It certainly works
I've noticed a real change ever since taking these. Easier to fall asleep, stay asleep and anxiety has been more manageable. It has also helped my muscle cramps while working out (no cramps!) I take these with my dinner in the evening but you can also take it in the morning if you need magnesium support throughout your day.

No pill
So far so good! Taste really sweet but it's better than swallowing a pill.

Watch out for side effects!
I gave it a 4 bc of the taste. I can handle it by just taking a drink of water afterward. This is going to be TMI, but I just took mine for the first time ever, and 20 minutes later I had an urgent need to run to the bathroom. It felt like all of my insides came out in one movement. I’m not exaggerating! I’m definitely not constipated now! lol. Too early to tell if it’s going to do everything it proports to do, but I thought this might be important info for consumers. Be prepared just in case the first time you take it! You’re welcome!

Work well don’t make you sleepy top notch quality
Absolutely love everything made my this brand. Their quality is absolutely top notch. This magnesium complex does not make me sleepy which I really appreciate it helps with all of my muscle tightness and spasms that I typically experience without it. I love the super easy convenience of the individual packets.

I’ve never left a review for all these years that I’ve been using Amazon. But I just opened this now and I was absolutely shocked how sweet it was. I can’t believe I spent $70 on something like this. It is definitely not for healthy people.
