No more mowing the lawn again ...ever
I live in AZ and water is an issue. Also my $100/mo. gardner wasn't doing much.I replaced the grass with this seed. I water it once a week now.I have mowed it a total of 1x in the past year and a half just to even everything out.You can see here how it looks. I need to edge it and it will pop.AdvantagesThe dogs play in it all day and eat the clover.More bees, so fewer wasps as a result.Easier to clean dog poops (they land on top and stay there)It may be unrelated, but we had a big ant problem 2 years ago, changed to this, and haven't seen them back yet this year. Fingers crossed that they don't like clover as much as the lawn.Water 1/3 as muchalmost zero maintenance.DisadvantagesIt's unconventional so your friends and family will think you're nuts until it all grows in.Occasionally I have to go through and pull out dandelions and other tall-growing weeds.

My order was not viable.
The delivery went fine. The product was nicely packaged in a cloth bag suiting the rather precious nature of $20 for a pound of seed. Unfortunately, the seeds that arrived were not viable. I tried them in the lawn but nothing visible sprouted. To be fair, it was hot when I seeded. So, I planted an ounce in a 2' diam planter figuring that I could start the clover and plant plugs in the lawn. Some seeds sprouted, but not much -- and after 3 weeks the clover is still very sparse, nothing like the green carpet shown in the product pictures. Maybe this shipment sat on Amazon's warehouse shelf too long.My results are very disappointing.Terry

Purchased to fill lawn spots.
I heard clover is good for lawns for people who own dogs. I never got full coverage but if maintained the lawn looks nice and green.

Better than competitor products.
I originally bought micro clover from Nicole's Garden Nursery and was very disappointed after 2.25 pounds of it and I only had a one foot by one foot area of it sprout. This Micro Clover grew quick and sprouted throughout the 400 sq. ft. area I put it on. Great product and I would buy it again.

A lot easier than expected
We have a very nice lawn that gets destroyed by the HOA's cutting year over year. Bought a few pounds of the Microclover Seed and seeded it into the lawn after our first cut of the spring. It was pretty rainy here this spring so we didn't hit the sprinkler even once and - the clover took nicely. It is evenly spread out and in a few trouble spots where we know there are tree roots wrecking havoc - it's covered them up as well. Good stuff.

Not micro
Not sure where the micro comes in. It grew as a short clover, but still was over 50 mm high in the first season, and almost 100 mm in the second year. Did not come back well the second year - would have to re-seed every year, and it is too expensive for that.

as advertised! fast and pure
Seeds were delivered in 5 days. The coating is a blue/green color. Seeds are very small as indicated by others. We seeding by mixing with sawdust to get proper coverage. Planted them 6 days ago as directed and they started coming up in about 4 days. Seem to be doing well so far. Will report back in a few weeks.

Quality product- stays small as long as its' mowed regularly
seeds come inoculated - germinated rapidly - grows in shade or sun- stays small as advertised if cut regularly. doesn't clump as much as white cloverWIll probably twice as much as advertise if overseeding into a thick established lawn.Pricey but quality product- hopefully pays for itself with decreased fertilizer costs
