Very good meachnical pencil 0.7mm

This is purely value for money. Construction is rigid and sturdy. Weight defines that it is built good. The grip is a different design then what is available in the market with mix of rubber and metal. Holding it becomes easy. User may take sometime to adjust to the grip, but once adjusted, it's super smooth in handling and operation. Clutch system for keeping in pocket is different then what we see in the Indian market. I ordered B grade leads, so they are darker then HB and obviously more visible.

Can feel heavy after using for a long time ... But great for drawing.the hb indicator is manual not automatic ... Can hold 3 leads ... Can use any brand leads ..

Excellent pencil! Robust! I love it's weight that makes it sit comfortable in my hand! Equipped with a clever mechanism to protect the nib and the lead. I started with 0.3 and I have now the 0.9, the 0.5, and got even this 0.7

Perfetta per prendere appunti veloci o per schizzi dove serve un tratto più marcato e resistente. La mina da 0,7 mm è molto difficile da spezzare, rendendola ideale anche per chi ha una mano pesante. 4. Qualità Costruttiva Interamente realizzata in metallo, la GraphGear 1000 trasmette una sensazione di robustezza "premium". Non c'è quel fastidioso gioco delle parti tipico delle matite in plastica; ogni componente è solido e preciso.

I bought this for fine woodworking and the same week I bought an electric sharpener for my regular pencils sprawled around the shop. I ended up returning 3 different brand electric sharpeners, all of them junk! (Even the last one that was labeled the "Pro" model and cost $79!) These pencils are solid, are comfortable to use and being a tool junkie who appreciates well made tools, this feels like one of them! (even though its just a pencil). I even like their lead, it almost feels like it flows like using a gel pen and not at all gritty like most pencils. Since I can't find a decent sharpener, I have decided to buy a bunch of these for around the shop and I'm sure that considering dollar for dollar and quality of results, these pencils will way outdo and outlast any of the junk sharpeners they sell today! Definitely recommend! (I can't believe that I actually just wrote an excited review for a pencil.) **UPDATE: It is February 2025 and I now have 6 of these in my shop! I have 5 of the 0.7mm and a 0.5mm for use with a layout ruler that has holes at every 1/32" .... I almost bought a 0.3mm, but happy I went with the 0.5mm, I think that 0.3mm would be too brittle on most wood .... The 0.7mm pencils are perfect for most precision layouts and not too thick but the slightly thicker lead is much stronger than the 0.5mm.
