Love this brand and this yogurt!
I've recently started making a real effort to scan product ingredients before putting foods into my body. Most greek yogurts have sugar, gums, and other junk in them. This yogurt from Oikos does not. Great source of protein. It tastes amazing. And around $1.00 per container - very affordable for a healthy choice.

Not only does this yogurt taste amazing, but it's got a LOT of protein in each one! it's got 15 grams of protein and only 6 grams of sugar. These yogurts are a great source of protein and a good meal replacement.
