Personalized letter scroll on 8x20" cream parchment paper with gold accents, handmade in the USA

The scroll I received looked wonderful, but was missing the last word of the poem. This was a part of a Christmas present, so I was very concerned. I contacted the seller with my issue. They responded quickly, said they would redo the scroll and get it to me before Christmas. Well, it arrived today (12/19/24) in perfect condition with all of the words! I greatly appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness and will be looking for a reason to order from them again!!

Excellent quality & great communication! Our vows were a little long and I was concerned it wouldn’t fit on the scroll. I messaged them and was contacted right away with a solution. After proof read -Shipping was fast. My husband was very pleased with our 1st anniversary gift.

I was concerned about how it would come out because you don't get see a preview of the product, but let me tell you I was not disappointed. It was BEAUTIFUL.
