These cameras offer a great view with quality sound. real easy to install. one thing i did not realize is that i needed another subscription after the 30 day trial was over. but still very good cameras.

I have 6 of these now. Great cameras and love the interface. Only thing is they go offline every once in a while, even with a good wifi signal. The cameras don’t tell you the signal strength so it’s a guessing game sometimes. If it goes iff frequently it’s probably because of a low wifi signal. Wish Google would work to improve this better.

Easy to install, just time consuming to set up an account with Nest and Nest isnt the easiest when it comes to customer service

Works great. Easy to install. Clear daytime picture with nice FOV. Night vision is pretty good as well. Lost a star because of outrageous cost of adding multiple cameras to the cloud monitoring.

The camera gives a nice view of most of the backyard. The notification is delayed because of a weak Wi-Fi signal so using the speaker feature is often useless.If you have strong Wi-Fi you won't have this issue.

I ordered these cameras because I already have them in my studio and they work quite well however, this set of cameras did not work when my technician set them up. I had to then paid him for many hours of work, trying to troubleshoot the problem and they never worked properly. He went to the store and bought two new cameras just like these that immediately connected and worked properly. I then started the process to return these cameras and my surprise they refunded my money, but then charged me a healthy $75 for restocking fee. I had literally just bought them and They did not work and then it cost me $75 for a non-working item from these people. when I asked them the reason for the restocking fee, they sent me a response that the cameras were working. I could not even believe this response. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I highly recommend that you do not purchase any products from this person.

I received the Nest Doorbell as a gift and liked it so well that I added 3 cameras to my system. I purchased Nest Aware at a cost of $60 per year. This will enable me to save events up to 3 months. That is all well an good but there is no continuous video unless you opt in for the Nest Aware Plus at $120 per year. So my complaint is that they should offer a slot for a mini Sd Card in each unit or free continuous video. Usually I am just getting no video between 10 PM and 4 AM or so. I have each camera set to notify me when a person is detected and to record motion and sound. One camera keeps recognizing cars as a person. They are nice little units but with issues that I have I can only give them 3 stars.
