Perfect machine for my 4 year old. Suction cups hold it in place on the counter. If assembled properly there’s no shaking. Cleans easily, we clean right after use. Does the trick for a great price. Glad I didn’t go w a pricier option. My daughter loved the pink color and has no problem making cotton candy herself w my supervision. We let it preheat a little longer than the instructions recommend. Makes pretty decent sized cotton candy w one scoop I honestly expected it to be smaller for the size!

The box was not like in the image, it was opened and repacked.. i basically Got a used product. And it didn’t even have everything provided in the description
