Not working. Negative experience.
Frustrating experience with non-functional headphones. On first use, left headphone didn't work, and headphones never fully charged even when case showed 100% charge. Could not use for more than 15 minutes without getting low battery notification. Contacted customer service and was given directions on how to reset. This fixed the left headphone but not charging issue, which still has never gotten above 80% or lasted longer than an hour.
