Estroven Weight Management 120 Capsues, 2 Per Day

Have no idea if this product works for anyone else, but for me it works. Not only did I lose the 5 pounds I had been trying for a decade to lose, but I am no longer starving all the time, and that is a wonderful feeling. I am eating less and just fine with eating less. Pay attention to how it advertises itself, however: "weight management," not "weight loss." I did lose 10 pounds (the 5 pounds I had been trying forever to lose plus the 5 pounds I had recently gained because I was always hungry), but I soon reached a happy plateau. Nevertheless, I love that Estroven really does control appetite., and I plan to keep taking it.

I tried this before taking the leap to estrogen therapy. I had been just miserable with hot flashes, as well as embarrassed, when these happened in public and my face would turn beet red and people would ask if I was OK or was I going to pass out. After about two weeks I noticed that my hot flashes were further apart and a bit milder. By the end of the first month they were almost gone and when I did have them they were definitely milder.As to the 'weight management' part, these are not for weight loss and have not helped me lose weight but I have gained any either. I guess that is management. I will most surely keep taking these as long as they work. I have read nightmare statements from women who stopped and it took much longer the second time when they started taking these again for them to work. No thanks.

I don't think it's done anything for my weight, but my hot flashes are much easier since taking Estroven! I had been getting several hot flashes a day and sometimes they even brought on debilitating nausea. Now, I don't get as many hot flashes and they don't seem to be as severe so for that reason alone, I am happy with this product.I have to admit, they recommend taking two of these a day and I rarely remember to take the second dose so maybe if I took the dosage they suggest, I'd have success with my weight gain as well? And truthfully, I can say I haven't gained any more weight since beginning to take this product so maybe it's doing more for me than I realize...?

For the first time in 8 years I was able to drop the pounds that I had gained during menopause. So far 30 of the 50 pounds that I had gained are off! I also think that my hot flashes are less often. I have been taking Estroven Weight Management for about 3 months. You definitely have to stick with it because the weight loss starts slow. I hung in there and am very pleased that I did!!

I have CPOS and have a hard time losing weight. I decided that since I was getting Estroven anyway I may as well get weight management. I didn't notice much for the first couple of months except that my hot flashes were under control. Then after a couple of months I noticed my appetite was decreasing and I was eating a lot less. I have lost 5 pounds this month and look forward to similar results next month. No weight loss suppliments have done as much for me before. I reccomend giving it a try.

Decreases a80%ppetite while lessening hot flashes. You will lose weight if you stop habitually eating. This product decreases the appetite - it's up to you to control what you eat. I'm quite pleased with the 5 lbs I've lost. I'm going to continue using this because it really has lessened hot flashes by 80%.

I like regular Estroven and since I'm a big girl I thought I'd give this version a try. There was no difference in weight one way or another. Save a few bucks and just the plain old pills.

I like this product. Seems to help curb appetite.
