Is this rice the same as bomba rice for paellas?

This is a short-grain rice which is is perfect for Paella because it absorbs flavors well and gives us that slightly crispy bottom layer.

Where is this arborio rice grown? texas rice is very high in arsenic. i've read italian arborio rice is lower in arsenic. yes?

The label says "Italian-style" and the company address on the back is in Texas. I have heard that all rice is higher in arsenic than other grains. I always soak my rice from any source in water for about half an hour and then drain the soaking water off before adding fresh water to get rid of some of the arsenic before cooking.
