Delicious gin!
My husband and I are big gin fans and we were so pleased to discover this delicious gin recently! The flavour is so good you can drink it as easily on its own, as you can with tonic or in a cocktail. The bottle is beautiful too and looks great on our drinks trolley. We highly recommend it and it’s also a nice gift to give a gin loving friend!

Fantastic Gin
Nice and delicate gin. Very smooth on its own and adds a fruity and refreshing twist to a G&T. Bottle looks great too. Detailed information about type and source of all-Italian ingredients can be obtained by scanning the QR code on the back of the bottle.

Amazing Gin
Tried Seven Hills Gin today at The Whiskey Gin in Covent Garden, and it was an absolute delight. Exceptionally smooth and beautifully balanced — it has a refined, rounded flavour that really stands out without being overpowering. I had it in a Negroni, and it made one of the best versions I’ve had in a while — crisp, aromatic, and perfectly blended. You can really taste the craftsmanship behind it. Highly recommend if you enjoy a sophisticated, versatile gin!

Smooth and with a unique flavour that is very pleasant on the palate
This review is for the Seven Hills VII Italian Dry Gin £29.45 (was £34.99) at the time of review. At 43% by volume, this gin is slightly stronger than the usual. It is very smooth and has no bitter aftertaste or bite at the back of your mouth. It has a good flavour, not too strong, and in my opinion, very unique. I have never tasted this taste before, so congratulations to the producers. It is described as using juniper, camomille, rose hip, pomegranate, blood orange, artichoke and celery; but to be honest, my palate isn’t good enough to distinguish them separately, but it is good enough to say that I liked the flavour and the aroma. However, that is a purely personal thing and will depend completely on your tastes. We drank it from the freezer, with tonic water as we normally do, and were surprised and pleased by the taste. It is very drinkable. The label is classically understated and the use of Roman numerals makes it look classy too so it wouldn’t look out of place in a cabinet, for instance. For some strange reason, I thought that the original price of £35 for a bottle was too much, but I am much happier with the reduced price of £29.45. I am giving 4 stars to this dry gin and if you like different types of gin, then this should go onto your list of purchases.

Nice summer evenings
Dry Italian gin that went down a treat during the summer of 2022! Combined with tonic water and an orange wedge, it made for a very nice early evening drink to relax and unwind to! The gin was quite potent and very distinctive

5 star in Negroni or G&T
Had the pleasure of trying this gin at a tasting in London. Excellent in G&T and a Negroni, the hosts also fantastic. Highly recommended.

Unpleasant to smell, taste is not great, good volume of alcohol
Unfortunately we had high hopes for this understated Italian gin. The label seems very chic and not over complicated. When opening the bottle the aroma of flavours smelt isn't pleasant, the same when tasting. We tried it with tonic and lemonade and had the same reaction of not a tasty or vibrant flavour - which was a shame. We are not new to different flavour/style gin's, but this isn't something we would choose to purchase. We feel that some of the individual flavours may not mix well from what it is made from.
