We used this stick for “The Mask” costume, but it didn’t stay on well. The first time we used a makeup stick in a different color last year, our faces became shiny after about an hour. So this year I thought maybe applying a setting powder over the makeup might help, but it didn’t change much from last time. Maybe the shininess took about 2-3 hours to show instead of one hour. The makeup rubbed off VERY easily and stained our clothes. However, it did not stain/tint our skin after washing it off. It also did not have a smell to the makeup. So the makeup stick did its job for the Halloween party, but just take it with you to reapply, if needed.

This went on super easily, spread smoothly, and wasn't sticky or heavy--once it was on, I basically forgot I was covered in green body paint until I looked in the mirror! It came off pretty easily with makeup removal wipes too. It's not easy being green, but this made it as easy as possible! We also tried the silver color, with similarly positive results! Would definitely recommend this brand and would use again!
