Good, just a bit small
This 9.5-inch nonstick frying pan works well for small meals and feels durable with its 316 hybrid stainless steel. It’s dishwasher safe and works on all cooktops, including induction. Overall, it’s a good pan, but a little too small for my needs.

Not What I Hoped For
When this showed up, I was pretty surprised at the weight. They weigh what my current stainless steel pans weight, so that was a plus. Never saw an inside coating like this has so I was anxious to cook. One of the reasons I don't use my stainless pans is because they are hard to clean. That's why I got this. I tried an egg omelet in the morning. Disappointed. The eggs stuck and there was no way to turn the omelet and getting it out of the pan, it fell apart. I used butter to cook my eggs in, as I always do. Egg stuck to the pan and was hard to clean. I will definitely not use these for eggs. For dinner last night I fried a chicken breast. Used oil and butter. I also like to put in a little wine for a nice taste that pops the meat. It worked better on this. I got a nice coating on the chicken and used a spoon to baste the chicken with the wine sauce. It wasn't bad but once again, some chicken stuck to the pan, and it was difficult to clean. Maybe it's the type of surface. On my nonstick pans, the surface is smooth, and they clean easily. They were losing their nonstick performance and that was one of the reasons I wanted to try this pan. Plus, stainless steel seems to heat more evenly. The cooking is fine, but the nonstick performance is disappointing.

Quality that rivals pans that cost two to three times as much!
I am such a pan snob, it’s not funny. I even have a favorite pan that I forbid my husband to cook on because he tends to turn the heat too high and ruins them . (Full disclosure ..he uses it anyway when Im not looking lol) The problem is I want quality but I don’t want to spend ridiculous amounts of money for it, so as you can imagine manage I’m often disappointed! However, this little baby here knocked it out of the park. I was soblown away at the quality of this. It reminded me of one of my favorite tools of the trade stainless steel pans that is one of my go to’s. First off, the detail work on the bottom of this pan is impressive. Even beautiful. For the cook surface , I’ve been noticing this new honeycomb feature on a lot of top rated pans so I was really looking forward to trying this technology. This pan also has a really solid weight to it, but not too heavy. I am in love with it at first meet lol As advertised the handle did not get hot whatsoever even though the pan itself got quite hot. So much so that if you have a glass top, this is so important, do not do your heat higher than level 3. You don’t need to. I actually was caught by surprise with this because I put it on medium as normal and through my oil and butter in the pan and was surprised that my butter was starting to burn quickly.. I dumped that all out let the pan cool and then said it just under three and was shocked that it was acting like it was on medium to medium high. I’m not sure what it is about it that makes it heat up so much and retain the heat but definitely worth keeping an eye on so that your glass top don’t get too hot. The other thing that’s a slight concern is that the bottom has some grooves in it that possibly could put minor scratches in a glass top. I just made sure I was real careful to set it down and not slide it across the stove and all good. When this pan came in the mail, it just came in a brown box and there was no manufacturing box or instructions or anything like that. I found that to be a little strange and also concerning that I didn’t have instructions for proper care and handling. I’m not even sure where I would find that online. Other than those few things, everything about pan is easily a five star rating. And the fact that it’s only 20 bucks is crazy. Because it’s such a good value for such a good quality product it warrants five stars in spite of those few issues. If that changes for any reason, I promise I will come back and update this review because I will be using this pan a lot.! Oh, one last thing! It makes the most delicious bacon with how evenly it cooks it. I don’t get results like this unless I cook my bacon in the air fryer!

My favorite new pan!
By far my favorite new pan! He heats evenly so my eggs turn our perfect every single time, I don't have one yolk that gets overcooked. I love that the pattern makes it no stick, it's easy for me to clean just add a little soap and water and wipe it down and it's good to go! High quality thick pan! The quality far surpasses the price so I highly recommend!

High quality cookware
This pan is heavy duty - definitely seems like it's going to last a long time. And even the nonstick coating - there's something about this grooved kind that helps it last longer. But because it's not smooth, food CAN get stuck from time to time. I love that it's stainless steel. Most of my stainless steel cookware has lasted me many many years. And I didn't see anything in the listing or when I received it to say it has any aluminum so I'm HOPING it doesn't as I don't cook with anything aluminum nor use aluminum in cooking nor on my body. If there was anything negative to say, I"d say that food can sometimes attach to the grooves and it can be a bit more difficult to clean. But overall, this is a good pan - a bit deep and with plenty of space. I recommend!!

Excellent heavy base pan.
I was immediately impressed with the weight of this pan. It has a good heavy bottom that helps with heat distribution. I hate when things are half cooked simply because of where they're placed in the pan. Between the size of this pan with the bottom sitting entirely on the burner, and the bottom weight providing good heat distribution, everything I've cooked in it has cooked evenly, regardless of whether or not it's at the edges or center. I've fried eggs and hash browns, sauteed vegies, stir-fried chicken and made some chicken fried steak. All have cooked and/or browned evenly. Nothing has stuck to the pan and cleanup is easy. I've bought several pans of this type before and all started flaking black stuff at about the three year mark - my fault because I prefer metal utensils. I won't be doing that with this pan. It's really nice, the size is perfect and I want it to last. It would have been nice if this came with a lid but I have two that fit it well so that's not a big issue for me.

This is a high quality stainless steel fry pan! The metal is thick and distributes the heat nicely over the entire surface of the pan, so everything cooks evenly. The handle does stay cool, even if it's been sitting on high heat for a while. I've made quite a few dishes in this pan and for the most part, I'm very happy with the results. Perfectly cook pan fried chicken, delectable steaks, quick and tasty stirfries, broiled salmon, even a pan pizza! The only trouble I ran into was with making an omelet. Maybe it was a user error, but I heated up the pan with a little oil until it was sizzling like you do with stainless steel. I popped in the egg mixture and let it cook. I went to flip it and it stayed stuck in all of the honeycomb embossments on the surface of the pan. It turned into scrambled eggs in the end, so no harm done. I'm not sure what I should be doing differently but this is a fantastic pan otherwise! Even after that egg mess, it was very easy to clean! At only $20, this is a steal too! I might buy a couple more as gifts and for camp. It gets a solid 4 stars!

This pan is not completely non-stick, but whatever that might seem to stick will eventually come off easily. This makes it very handy in situations where solid pieces do not make contact with the bottom for a long time. For example, it is great as a frying pan, but not as much for omelets. Pieces do not stick on like glued, but they might just burn a bit and stick, but they will come off easily later. It is a stainless steel pan with a hexagonal/honeycomb non-stick surface design on the inside. It is not light, but it feels quite solid in hand. The heat distribution seems good. The handle has a basic design and keeps cool while cooking. Like most pans, it comes without a lid. Overall, I like it and I can recommend. It is not the best choice for things that lay completely flat on the pan like omelets and pancakes, but they will still do. It is great with more oily/greasy food. It is solid and durable.

This 9.5 inch frying pan from brand MOMOSTAR is what is called a "hybrid" pan because it offers a stainless steel cooking surface, but with a handle that stays cool even when exposed to heat. It is a great stick-free induction tool to have in your kitchen, and is very ideal for all the medium-sized meal preparations you need to get done like eggs or bacon, veggies, and even sauces if you wanted. I only wish the pan had come with a top, but it is what it is. The handle is very stable to hold, and indeed stays cool. It only weights 1.23kg in total, so light to use, shake and flip. It is also super-easy to clean; dishwasher safe as well, and just has a cool pattern on it and is a great design overall. Works great on my induction cooker stove top. But the lack of a matching lid loses a star for me. 4 stars total.

I am very impressed with this frying pan. It’s a good size for all my cooking needs and I love the high sides. It’s perfect for sauces and one pan dishes. It’s non-stick and has a nice long handle. It appears well made and feels like it will last. So far, I’m very happy with this item.

This is a great pan for cooking bacon with, however I wouldnt cook eggs in it. I have tried to cook eggs a couple times using butter, different types of cooking sprays and always unsuccessful. The pan is very easy to clean. The pan is solid and well priced at time of review. There is a little bit of pealing on the outside of the pan but the side has stayed intact. The pan is a good size.
