Is this product already built or is it a model?

I didn't get the product yet but I doubt that this is a built product. (Tamiya is model kit company, so I think it is a model unless described as a built model)

Can you please tell me the specific tools, glue, and paint needed to put this together to look like the pictures? (This will be my first model).

hi first of all if this is your first model you may find it difficult to complete but thats up to you to decide. you will need some basic modeling tools like x-acto knife ,small file , sand paper, plastic model glue,small paint brushes. As for the paint tamiya sells all the colors needed which are listed on the intsructions which most hobby shops carry or amazon or e-bay. example, x-1 is gloss black .the body color is a green spray paint .
