Swanson Vitamin B-12 (Cyanocobalamin) 500mcg, 250 Capsules,ITEM-RE-002263:UK-LABEL

I received the order ok but have had an adverse reaction to one of the tablets, but suspect it was because I had grapefruit prior to taking. After consultation at the hospital apparently there is known reaction with grapefruit and many medications. I cannot trace any note of this on the bottles !!

Taking smaller amounts of B12 regularly is much better than taking a lot in one go according to studies. I find these capsules really easy to incorporate in my diet since I just drop the contents into my porridge in the morning. Both my partner and I are vegan and , though we are not really deficient in anything, we use these capsules once in a while. We are in the best health we have ever been!

I would highly recommend this product as no jittering recommended by my doctor. Im a vegan and it helps me to fulfill my dietary requirements
