These tablets are effective and no side effects that I have had but everyone should check with a doctor. The flavor is as expected. Not the best in taste but they do work for overall wellness. The ingredients are as expected and these are ways to use. Great value for the money two thumbs. Up.

I am generally a bit skeptical when it comes to herbal remedies, but I have to admit that this Auric RESP. 365 supplement really surprised me during testing. The product consists of effervescent tablets that dissolve quickly in water and taste great... it reminds me of a refreshing, fizzy orange drink with no harsh aftertaste. I was only able to test a 20-tablet supply, which at the recommended dosage of two tablets everyday only provides a 10-day routine. While 10 days is typically too short a period to notice a permanent shift in respiratory health, the timing of my test coincided perfectly with a severe poor air quality event in my area, combined with high heat and heavy humidity. Normally, that specific combination of smoky air and dense humidity makes it noticeably harder for me to breathe comfortably. However, after taking these consistently, the effectiveness was undeniable... I felt completely unphased by the weather conditions. I felt perfectly normal and was able to breathe nearly effortlessly when I fully expected to be struggling. I can’t completely prove it was entirely due to the supplement, but I also cannot deny that the formula—which includes excellent, top-notch ingredients like Mullein Leaf, NAC, and Licorice Root—seemed to provide me with some very real protection when I needed it most. As for any adverse reactions, I experienced no real side effects to speak of. The digestive effects were practically nonexistent as well, other than a little bit of gas... but it wasn't at a concerning or embarrassing level by any means. Admittedly, I do find these types of effervescent tablets to be a bit on the pricey side. However, since they actually seemed to get the job done when conditions were at their worst, I’d say they still offer a decent value for money. For the great taste, quality formulation, and the undeniable comfort it provided during a tough air quality week, I am happy to give this a full 5 out of 5 stars.
