Good Product
I bought this edible rice paper for wrapping homemade nougat, and it worked wonderfully! The sheets were thin but sturdy enough to handle soft candies without tearing.

Not the quickest to dissolve
Did not dissolve nearly as quickly as I expected. Almost left a chunky feeling in my mouth. Not great. But you do get a whole bunch for the price!

Inconvenient to use - either not sticky enough or too much so
They're not sticky enough by default, but the slightest amount of water will over-compensate in the other direction & cause them to stick & clump up. The taste is fine (which is to say that it hardly has any taste & therefore won't distort the flavor of whatever dessert you're trying to make), but I think I'll still search for some alternative brands next time.
