Very happy with the honey

Not a honey sommelier but I do enjoy the nuances of my honey collection, this one I had to wait for, but very happy when it arrived. I love my leatherwood honey and find this Christmas honey to be quite similar in it's complexity of flavor. In my own words I would say it's 'earthier' both in texture and flavor and the container is unique as well. Will be looking for a 4lb container of it like my leatherwood honey soon.

Honey arrived ahead of schedule which is great and not a blemish on the beautiful little tin, not a dent or scratch.Best of all the honey is absolutely delicious, I opened it immediately and it tastes better than I imagined!

This is a flavorful, fragrant honey. I wish it came in a larger size--say 1 kg.

That is - A fairytale, non-existent. Amzn had to repackage and send via UPS. Apart from the dents and lid loosely associated with the tin, the inner foil was intact and the honey itself was great.I salvaged it by warming in a water bath and pouring the honey into a canning jar.I de-dented the tin and now it does service as a decorative candle.

This is not the signature Tasmanian Leatherwood honey but one of the other products. Still worth buying as this honey is from unpolluted sources... and worth buying.

Love this company and all of their honeys. This one is rich and complex in flavor. Highly recommend!
