Once water is ozinated how long does it remain ozinated?

The half-life (time for half of the ozone in air to decompose) is 20-60 minutes depending on the temperature and humidity of the ambient air. The half-life in clean water is about the same. Voltage? What is the watts draw? Is the ozone generated by ceramic plates or a spark?

I use a normal 120 volt wall outlet. I’m not sure of the process but I do smell the ozone in the air after use.

Will this sterilize? Can I wipe down cabinets and items with it to use the water it produces as a disinfectant?

can the timer be programmed to come on for 10 minutes every hour?
