Unique candy bar, decent value for the money (also: "different!" factor)
I think it was one of those listicles on NYMag, like, "the best candy from other countries that you can find on Amazon!!!", that clued me in to the possibility ... of finding food/candy from other countries *on Amazon*. However, I didn't want to stray too far from the tried 'n' true *chocolate* ... and I remembered hearing that Cadbury-UK had superior ingredients to Cadbury-USA ... so I did some Amazon digging, and found out about these "Crunchie" bars. They were well reviewed, and at a price that was about $1/bar- that to me is an okay price. Not a deal, but not exorbitant. I've ordered four- and six-packs a few times, with the intent of keeping them in the house to hand out as a quick "happy birthday!" gift to neighborhood kids. And I've done that quite a few times! I also, ahem, have eaten them myself quite a few times. I personally like the honeycomb taste and texture. My husband, when he opened the latest box to find that I'd ordered these *yet again*, was gobsmacked. "... you ... LIKE?! ... these ... ?!" so, you know, YMMV, as the kids say. I like them, and I have them on hand to hand out as an interesting-yet-inexpensive gift. Like, just yesterday, I borrowed my neighbor's external CD/DVD drive (because I am a dinosaur), and I gave her one of these as a thank-you. (Let it be noted that she ALSO gave me a homemade "buckeye" candy, because she is a frickin chef, and that was tastier than a Cadbury Crunchie bar ... but anyway, I was so glad I didn't go over empty-handed. Thanks, Cadbury-UK. Now please stop using inferior ingredients in your US chocolate.) - AM SIL

I LOVE LOVE LOVE CADBURY CRUNCHIE BARS!! I grew up with these and have enjoyed them ever since. I did notice that the bars are getting smaller though! Give these a try ....you won't be disappointed!!
