I wanted to try copper cookware, and the price on this pan for it’s nice, large size couldn’t be cheaper. I decided to try Roasting my Pork Country Ribs in this pan, and I was blown away! I didn’t use any oil, they came out so browned, and crispy, and the BEST part?! NOTHING STUCK!!! Normally when I make my ribs, I have to soak my pans for a couple days to get all the bakes on meat bits off. In this pan, they were there, but the just slid right off!!! The pan is a very nice, heavy quality pan, feels like it’s double walled. I am so impressed, I am on here to order more!! LOVE it!! Highly recommended!

Warped the first time I used it! I heard a loud noise from the oven and I said you've got to be kidding me! This is the NEW AYESHA CURRY cookie sheets, they should NOT do this especially on the first use.I followed instructions appropriately, my oven was 25° less than what it said the copper sheet could withhold. I did NOT have my oven on broil because I learned that is what can cause pans to warp, throwing cookies and food everywhere when it decided to happen. I saw another reviewer give this product a great rating but their picture looked like the pan had tilted and warped, I should have trusted my instincts because while it's a nice looking pan and super easy to clean, it warps and tilts in the oven every time, scaring the life out of us and throwing food all over the oven sometimes! I expected so much better, I unfortunately bought two of these because I thought they HAD to be better than what the grocery store offered. Turns out my grocery store ones lasted YEARS and these not even a day. I'm so disappointed, you are paying for name-brand only here and it's not worth it.Durability was crap.

The first time I used this was to cook toast in my oven (no, I do not have a toaster) and, I will admit, I think the pan got scorched in one spot. But I had the oven set on bake at 525 F which maybe this pan can't handle. That charred spot isn't coming off. I can live with it though. Since then, I've kept the temperature at our under 450 and it is seriously SO easy to clean. A quick spray under the faucet and all visible gunk comes off. A quick wipe with a soapy sponge and it's ready to go. Plus, even with the scorching, it cooked the toast nice and even. And I've been able to make toast since without any additional scorching. All in all, a win for less than $6 per pan.

Aug 2021: Still loving it! I use it all the time (not as much in the summer when it's hot) and have continued hand washing, and it's still working like the day I got it. I usually use it to bake breads or roast chicken and potatoes. The small size has made life so much easier.Feb 2020: I love this cookie sheet! It truly is nonstick. I have only handwashed, just to be on the safe side, but most of the time just a rinse takes off anything cooked on, and otherwise it just needs a squirt of soap and a quick swipe of the brush. It has held up great, and saved me in scrubbing and using foil every time. It does warp under high temps, but goes right back to shape within a minute or so of taking it out of the oven. I like the smaller size too. I got rid of my other cookie sheets and just use this one now.

It's a shame. This pan looks nice and is well priced. Unfortunately, it also warps every single time it's used. The three times I've used it it pops after about 30-45 seconds in the oven. Temperature ranges from 375-475 and it does it every single time. Should have spent more. Buyer beware.

I first bought the small sheet pan. Then I bought the small set - toaster oven size, though I don't have a toaster oven. I just like to use the smaller pans for some things. When I pulled out an old, larger cookie sheet and saw how disgusting it was, I looked up this set and immediately bought it. So far they do very well in the dishwasher. No rust. Do dry off or set to drain the backside where water could accumulate in the rolled edge, before putting away. They hand-wash up really well, too. I even use my pizza cutter on them and so far, no scratches. The ridged surface is nice and they are no-stick. Love the copper color. I think the value for the price is quite good. Thanks, Curries!

I've had these for a few months and have used them for catfish, chicken, hamburgers... broiling, baking... stuck them in the dishwasher every time. And they still look like new. I can barely believe it. I've destroyed so many baking pans this way, and then I just bought another set each time because frankly... I'm just not going to hand wash them. This set actually survives my usage of them. They are great!

I absolutely love this baking sheet. Very well designed and made of sturdy materials. Non stick and stain free. Very satisfied.

Had to send it back because it was warped.
