Fast act Lactaid is the only way to go!
Very effective lactase enzyme delivery to the system. Fast acting and has a pleasant vanilla flavor that doesn’t overpower your food tastes. I’ve tried quite a few but this was the only one that works for me because I’m highly sensitive. Take one for a small meal. Take two for a night out with multiple courses. Depends on your sensitivity. I take three with a pizza for example. Purchased from Color papers. Quick delivery. Received in good condition. They had the best price. Rs500 over what I usually paid for pre-Covid-19. So given the current economic climate, it’s a very good price. Especially considering it’s imported! I highly recommend!

Very Good. I could never have Dairy foods like Icecream, Milk, Chocolates etc without having to run to the bathroom. Fast act is much better than the earlier version, Original Strength. So This is a definitely worthy product for all Lactose intolerant people. Try it.

It helps digest the dairy product but the vomiting sensation doesn't go off,which happens when there is indigestion problem

to good effect, was Holland & Barrets Super Lactase that ...
I have known about my lactose intolerance for sometime now and the first product I used, to good effect, was Holland & Barrets Super Lactase that I purchased in London. When that ran out, I ordered Lactaid assuming it would be identical. However, it did not suit me as well, my stomach never felt that comfortable, and I have since gone back to the H&B pills, which are now also available online in India. Disadvantage is that it is often out of stock here.

No water needed to use
It tastes like ice cream with protein powder mixed in. I like these because they are much easier to use then the pills you have to swallow. Because they are chewable I don't have to worry about having water handy, which makes they very portable. I usually just take one right before my first bite if the cheese in minimal. If I'm eating pizza I will take one for every other slice I eat. It makes a huge difference on how I "feel" the next day.
