Great budget option
I can't compare this to a Peloton brand mat, but I finally decided to make the splurge and get a Peloton bike like I had long been wanting. To really cut costs on the large expense I bought a refurbished bike when Peloton ran a great sale, and then I bought this off brand mat, shoes and weights. I have no complaints on this mat. It provides more than enough space for my bike with all around for me to stand, as well as keep my shoes and some weights. It protects my hardwood floors. I do not recall any strong oder either, as some things like this can have. (But I am also not sensitive to that like some people are.) A great option to save some money.

Love this bike!
This stationary bike was easy to assemble, and functions beautifully. I have been using it along with on-demand Peloton cycling classes, and it has been perfect. Highly recommend! Excellent bike at a (very) affordable price.

Decent mat, but a little thin
Good value mat for the price, but it's slightly thinner than my other mat. I would have preferred this mat to be a bit thicker, but other than that it works well for keeping my elliptical on it.

Looks great and professional. For the size that you get, it is top notch. Searched all over amazon for a mat and I am very satisfied with this one. Would definitely buy again.

The Support I Needed
There are lots of mats out there, but I was looking for one for a particular machine I had purchased a few years back called The Ab Rider. The problem with The Ab Rider is I wasn't informed that without a mat, the centrifugal force created will make it travel all over the place, possibly damaging floors unless you have a carpet or something (and an unsecured carpet will slide as well). I was well prepared to send this right back if it did not help with my problem.However, this mat works wonderfully. It protects the floors while also providing enough grip to prevent the machine from sliding all over the place. Going at it for over 20 minutes and it didn't move an inch. Now I can get the low impact HIIT without trouble. This is the support I needed.

Does not slip. Material feels great. My floors are protected.

Wouldn't buy again
This is just way to thin to use on a carpeted floor.I will buy something thicker when this one tears.Shouldn't be too long.
