The tablet form of Gaviscon works just as effectively as the liquid, but is easier to travel with through TSA.

It genuinely does work. I find, though, that I can't use it multiple nights back to back or I start to get a gassy stomach in the morning. And I'll say that sometimes I do still experience a little residual reflux (mine's pretty bad lately) – but generally it helps me get to sleep and seems to reduce morning throat irritation. I much prefer this to antacids.

I do occasionally suffer from light heartburn and this product works perfectly to get rid of it. The delicious taste and really fun foaming action are bonuses!
