Bought this welding cap and was happy with the fit. One thing I really liked is that it doesn’t have that big “unicorn horn” on top that some welding caps get from having too much extra material. It fits close to your head, is comfortable under a welding helmet, or hardhat and has held up well. I’ve already bought 2 of Welder Nations caps and I’ll definitely be buy more.

This welder cap is the only kind my boyfriend will use, and for good reason. It’s very sturdy, well-made, and has held up extremely well with regular use. The material feels durable and doesn’t wear out or lose its shape. It fits comfortably and stays in place while he’s working, which is important. Very great welding cap, finally had to retire it about a year after purchase. Make sure to order one size bigger, they do shrink if you put them in the dryer but not bad. Very comfortable and they will last a lot longer than any other brand cap.

You defiantly get your money's worth from these caps!! I lost my first one, and after searching everywhere 4 times over, I had to list it MIA, I even checked with the sock monster!! I finally gave up the search and ordered a new one... There are cheaper ones out there, but I wasn't taking any chances! They keep my helmet in place and they are more comfortable than most baseball caps. I'm certain that when I die, some great spirit will show me where all the items I've lost over my life time are, and it will be a huge pile!!! I love this cap because it’s got good coverage…the deep crown is the only way to go for me …it covers the top of my ears and help keep the earbud in tact. I size up one size due to extra hair and I don’t like the cap squeezing my head. For this particular one, it’s got a canvas cover, so theres no real stretch factor in it, something I both like and don’t like about it at the same time. It. Does seem to come out of the dryer a tad smaller, so I try my best to stretch it just a little bit and it’s enough to make it comfortable again. It’s not reversible, but I don’t really care about that. It’s holding up well to the heat and cool enough that it doesn’t make me any hotter than normal. I have purchased more already, so it works for me. Kinda pricey compared to others, but before this I cheaped out and bought those covers that can either be chefs hats or used by welders… the kind that tie in the back. I hated them. The crown wasn’t deep enough and they’re cheap as all get out, so ultimately I wasted my money on them and bought these instead. They scrunch up and get twisted up in the wash, so you have to waste time stretching them out again. Come to think of it, I need to go throw them away.

No more burning my scalp while I weld. Fits good, looks good. I would definitely buy this again. I'm just a hobby welder with my little green Harbor Freight welder, but I've had more than one hot bit of slag dance across my scalp. This cap is perfect.

Fits great and keeps my bald head from getting sparked up.

My little brother always has a hard time with burns from welding because he is usually under the metal he is welding. He used the cap and it was the best it protected his neck!

I bought 1 to test the fit, I want to wash it first to see if it shrinks. I bought a cheaper cap and I’m doing the same thing for welding at work but these one is so much nicer I may just save for under my motorcycle helmet.
