Love the size and weight!!
Love love love my new giant pan! Big enough to stir a large volume of stuff vigorously without fear of half of it getting dumped out on the stove top, but yet so much lighter than my old pan! I can lift this empty pan easily with my left hand! And I'm right handed. But there's an additional handle on the opposite side for lifting and balancing a full pan. And the glass lid makes it so easy to check the progress of my cooking while on the stove top or in the oven. So glad I bought 2 of these once they were finally on sale for Black Friday!

Non stick
The pan is very good at browning chicken thighs with virtually no sticking and clean up is a breeze. Also cooked pork chops and Italian sausage and achieved good browning with no sticking. The pan goes in the oven to and performs flawlessly. I highly recommend it,

Say Good bye to Teflon
I'm very pleased with this frying pan, I would buy again .It's a much healthier option to teflon and food just slides out of the pan with very little oil used for cooking. Great option for making hash browns because it's deep, eggs & pancakes are a snap. I'll still use my stainless steel frying pans for long simmering dishes and save this one for quick & medium temperature cooking.
