Big Upgrade in Performance.
I bought the PlayStation 5 Pro Console, and it’s been a really noticeable step up from my previous setup, which was the PS4 pro and this looks absolutely amazing. The first thing I noticed was how smooth everything feels. Games load quickly, and gameplay feels more stable, especially in more demanding titles. There’s less lag and everything just runs more consistently. Visually, games look sharper and more detailed, especially on a good screen. It’s not just about graphics, it’s the overall experience feeling more polished. I have also found it handles longer gaming sessions without any issues, and it runs quietly enough that it’s not distracting. The setup was straightforward, and once it was up and running, it just worked without needing to tweak anything. What stood out to me most is how it makes going back to older hardware feel like a downgrade, this just feels smoother and more responsive overall. It’s something I have been using regularly, and it’s made gaming feel more enjoyable without needing to think about performance.

Such.. Amzing upgrade from,original ps5 from 2020 launch console experienceing a beter storge.The ps5 pro is a peferect option as it includes a 2tb external drive alreddy installed.

Excellent Upgrade
What a beaut. I’m thoroughly enjoying this & it’s looking pretty spectacular on my new OLED tv as well. The logical step for me was to upgrade to the Pro!

Good console if you value performance and future proofing
If you are one of these people that thinks ‘the human eye cannot see more than 30fps’ this is not the console for you, stick with the base model. For everyone else it’s a good solid improvement over the PS5, the machine learning also allows a degree of future proofing. If the next gen of consoles were still coming out in 2027 Id advise holding off but it’s a sensible purchase considering the PS6 has now been delayed until 2028 at the earliest and we know that the current gen will be supported with new releases for years to come.

Good console but fan could be quiter
Great console, let down by a whiney fan. Thankfully it's easily replaced with one that doesn't whine (if you have the right tools).
