Delicious! I love all of the flavors but the frothy lemonade is my absolute favorite. These do clump, so you have to really stir them or use a mixer. I then top with ice and the clumps break up pretty easily. I am on a GLP-1 and need to ensure I am getting enough protein daily. On days that I struggle to eat, I have a protein drink and it helps me get closer to my goal. It is a fantastic alternative to protein shakes and helps me get my water intake as well.

I'm so thankful I found this! I've had a bariatric surgery, so have protein requirements I HAVE to meet, and I couldn't tolerate protein shakes anymore. These came in a larger packet, so I worried they'd change the texture of the water (like make it thicker), but they don't! The flavors are delicious, they provide the protein I need, and make it easier for me to get the water that I need daily. The powders mix well (don't mix with ice, learned that the hard way), and leave no clumps. Very good quality, and honestly, just so happy I found these, because I was truly worried about my nutrition for a little bit.

I purchased the variety pack after my friend recommended this as her favorite “clear protein,” brand. I really enjoyed ALL the flavors which is unusual for a variety pack. I drank this daily during my 1hr incline walk, I love that “clear” protein didn’t feel heavy and it was refreshing and different than just plain water. After sampling, i repurchased the Blue Icey flavor- myself AND my husband think it tastes just like those red white and blue popsicles. I removed a star because the variety pack is expensive for the number of servings you receive and this is really difficult to blend (I use a hand held frother AND a shaker bottle and I still have some issues). Overall though, I’d repurchase (and did) after trying several other “clear” proteins. It’s a winner!

Listen to the reviews that say to let your drink sit for a while before drinking to allow the powder to dissolve fully! It does stay clumpy at first but if you just leave it in the fridge overnight or for even just an hour or so, it becomes a super smooth juice consistency with no chunks. I can be super picky about artificial flavors or the taste of artificial sweeteners, but I liked almost all of the flavors in this pack! The only one I didn’t like was the frosty lemonade, which I thought had an almost medicinal citrus taste? That’s just me personally! The rest of the flavors were all amazing, and I definitely prefer drinking this after a workout than trying to drink milk protein. Another bonus is that you can adjust the concentration of the flavor by adding more/ less water. Easy way to supplement 20g.

I really like the Oath clear protein. In my opinion it has the least "protein powder" after taste of anything I have tried. The coconut, frosty lemonade and the kiwi strawberry are all pretty great. The mix ability is decent, it just needs some extra time. I have used a frother and it works great but takes a good 3 ish minutes. If you use a shaker bottle I suggest only mixing it with half your water, shaking extremely well and then adding the rest of your water, it will dissolve even more when you add the rest. Also I don't like super strong drinks, I want them to have flavor but still be refreshing. I use one packet in my 40oz tumbler and it taste just perfect for me. I really appreciate having a tasty way to get in some extra protein and it really helps me with my hydration goals after bariatric surgery.

Best protein powder i've ever had! I especially loved the Blue Raspberry flavor. It didn't blend 100% as there were still a few clumps but I didn't mind considering how yummy it was. Will definitely purchase again.
