This door string curtain is perfect for my bedroom to soften the entrance energy. To my great surprise and delight, my dog LOVES going through the curtain strings and feeling the beaded strings gently caress his face ... who knew? I was concerned it might fall or rip or come down etc. when he would go into or out of my bedroom, but none of that happened, he just happily puts his face forward and enjoys feeling it while he walks through at a moderate pace. I just bought two more for the doorways to my other two rooms. The strings were evenly wrapped on their packing support cardboard and were therefore very easy to unwrap. The pocket on the curtain screen was easy to slip onto the expansion rod and the rod was easy to tighten into the doorway. The threads are thin, yes, but I wanted "thin" and "light" and that's exactly what this is. Plus the curtain screen adds just a touch of mystery to my little cottage and that feels delicious. Oh ... and I forgot to mention ... I love going through them as well. I part them gently with one or both of my hands.

Bought 2 beaded curtains for a walk-in closet / laundry room, doorway. Not wanting to close the door and seal off the room, blocking air-flow, light, etc. I decided I would give these a try. I hung one in front of the other on 2 tension rods on the door frame. Light still comes thru, however the contents of the room are not as visible. I suggest ordering more than two if you don't want contents of room or closet visible at all. The curtains were neatly packaged. Did not tangle upon removal or hanging and trimming process. A nice amount of beads but not excessive amount. I trimmed these curtains to sweep the floor ( about an inch longer than the frame measured) I didn't want ends to wave or get caught on items as you walk by. So far, it seems to be perfect! Items arrived one day ahead of scheduled delivery! I am happy with my purchase! Might order one more! Thank you!Update: I ordered 3 more to fill in my doorway. It now fills in the doorway nicely.

This is my second order of these beaded curtains. I got tired of opening/ closing the heavy wooden bifold door of my bathroom closet to get stuff out or check what was inside. So I removed the entire door and hardware. But what then? Show the world my toilet roll, cleaning supplies and other whatnot? Heck no! So I installed a small curtain rod on brackets, and slid the pocket in the curtain over this rod. If you unpack it with some care you won't have any tangle problems. The threads are very long, which was great because it covered the entire opening and then some. I used a sharp embroidery scissors to trim the hanging threads just above the floor. Didn't measure or nothin', just whacked 'em off above the floor tile. You can adjust the opacity by the number of curtains you choose to install. I started with two but found the look of my opening a bit too see-through. So I doubled the number and that is perfect. All four match each other seamlessly, and among these 4 products I couldn't detect any difference in color, size or quality. Now when I need my stuff I just push through the threads like an ancient goddess. And they close themselves when you let go!

Bought these to go over a window in my laundry room. They were a little more sheer than I would have liked but still are very beautiful. I ended up leaving the blinds behind these but I am still in love with the look. These are so much more beautiful than you can see in the pictures. I plan on ordering more for a couple other rooms.

Misleading, the beige is literally gold and ugly. :(

When I first put it up, I LOVED it, Then, after a day or two of going through it, it became very staticky. It sticks to the wall and both sides of the door frame. It is very attractive, and it is also the perfect color, but I have already ordered something else to take it's place. I am going to just take it down and put it in a bag, and maybe sell it at a yard sell this summer. It needs to have heavier beads near the bottom so that it will hang properly. I was going to try to do something to remedy the problem, but it is not fixable.

Even though I thought these would be a problem by tangling, they see to be slick enough that they remain tangle free. They give just the right amount of visibility to the clothing closet. I'm not sure how long they'll last, but they seem to be durable.

Picture looks like different material used this item for a room separation but it’s thin, lightweight but it’s really nice looking so I decided to keep it!
