I was looking for a pirate costume for my son for our Disney Cruise, but did not want to spend a lot of money since this may be a one time wear. I also wanted something decently nice opposed to a simple screened costume on a unitard. This was perfect. I saw a lot of positive reviews and saw that it came with a few accessories. It was perfect and my son loved it. He said this may even be his Halloween costume this year (win!). My son is currently a boys size 6, so I wasn't sure which size to get. I decided bigger was better and went with the 7-8. I am glad I did. Everything fit him perfectly. Great costume for the price!

My 6-year-old wore this to school for the whole day and was completely comfortable. The costume is well made and easy to wash/dry. You don’t need any other items to look suitably pirate-y. But, could easily be dressed up with additional gear.

We used these for a pirate-themed party on a cruise. Since then, our 4 boys have played pirate in these costumes. I never expected them to hold up past a couple of wearings, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Great value.
