Well, not at first. I bought the 100 PSI version and it was venting at at, as near as I can tell, 80 PSI. Fortunately, the vent pressure is easily adjusted by removing the end cap and screwing the plunger inside to raise the vent pressure.

This replaced the original pressure relief valve that was slowly leaking on my well pressure tank setup. Seems well made with cleanly machined threads on the fitting, at least as well made as the previously installed one. Since it's necessary to shut off the well and drain the pressure tank to replace this thing, you may as well replace the drain valve and pressure gauge if those are also failing, and check/top off the pressure tank's air charge while you're at it. Start to finish, took me about a half hour.

Use it with my pressure tank in my cabin. Didn't try to over-pressurize the system. Installation was easy. the FNPT thread and 90 degree angle made it easy for me to drain that side easily outside my cabin with PEX.

Reasonably priced brass pressure valve for water. Used in well jet pump piping to make sure that water pressure tank doesn't get overcharged psi if jet pump malfunctions and doesn't turn off and keeps pumping.

Received as advertised and as scheduled.

This item was purchased to replace a leaking pressure relief valve on a water holding tank Tee-pipe. It is solidly built and was very easy to install, resulting in no leaks at the tapered thread fitting or the valve outlet.
