Geoffrey Beene regular fit long sleeve no iron dress shirt Review: Great shirt that holds its own against more expensive shirts from the warehouse for men - Pros: Durable quality Comfortable fit Open collar stays Great, wash-resistant color Cons: None This shirt fits exactly as expected, and looks great. I have a few of the more expensive shirts from a certain store that guarantees that you'll love the way you look, and these shirts are definitely comparable in quality, appearance, and fit. The collars have open collar tabs so that you can insert your own metal collar stays, rather than depending on the flimsy plastic stays that come in cheaper shirts. I have 3 of these shirts and rotate them for daily wear -- have been wearing the same 3 shirts 5 days a week for a couple of months and they still look brand new. Also, I've never had to iron them at all -- just take them straight out of the dryer and to a hanger and you're all set! Review: PERFECT SHIRT - I bought this for my son's Medical School graduation party and he loved it not to mention he looked so handsome!!! It was blue and it looked fantastic on all skin tones. He already has so many of the Geoffrey Beene Sateen shirts in many colors but he didn't have this shade of purple. I had it delivered to him in Miami, where he resides for now, and he said that he loves it!! Another plus is that the collar is made exactly the way a shirt collar should be made if your wear a regular tie, not to mention the fact that it is easy to wash and hang dry without spending $$ on dry cleaning.

Not perfect, but my go-to shirt for work
I hate ironing. I also hate looking wrinkled and unprofessional. I've long looked for easy care shirts that looked good and wore well. The Geoffrey Beene Sateen shirts are absolutely my favorites, although they aren't entirely without flaws. I must have purchased nearly twenty of these shirts over the last couple of years, partly because my size changed significantly, but partly because of wear issues (described below). They are very resistant to wrinkles. They come out of the packaging very wrinkled, and I find it takes a lot of effort to remove those original wrinkles -- just laundering them a few times doesn't do the trick for me, so I always have to bust out an iron. Once you get those original wrinkles out, though, I don't think you'll have a problem. I regularly pull them out of the dryer, hang them, and wear them to work wrinkle free. Even if I fail to pull them out of the dryer in a timely manner, they just about always still look good enough to wear to work without an iron touch up, although sometimes I'll run them through a quick steam cycle in that scenario. I think they're good looking shirts, although they have a bit more of a sheen than I'd really like. In "standard" colors they're fine, but one of my complaints is my difficulty finding your standard blue, white, black, etc versions at reasonable prices, and combining the silky sheen with some of the wilder pink and purple colors has led to more than a few "going clubbing after work tonight" comments. My other complaint is that these shirts don't launder as well as I'd like. After 18 to 24 months of regular wear and washing, they develop quite a bit of pilling. As a guy who still wears shirts he bought nearly twenty years ago, I find that disappointing. However, since I know they tend to wear out quick, I make sure to only buy them on sale, and I feel okay about the value as a result.

Decent shirt but not cut very well for my body type
I purchased the 15.5" 34/35" shirt. I'm a rather tall, skinny individual and the measurements of the shirt reflect that but it seems kind of like they took a bigger shirt and just cut the neck small and the sleeves long. The body is quite large on me and the upper arms droop. I could grow 6 inches in the belly and this shirt would likely still fit, but the quality of the fabric is nice and the color is perfect. I am used to wearing Calvin Klein shirts which are cut very well for my body type, but I was looking for a cheaper alternative and tried this. Overall I still enjoy this shirt and for the price it was a good deal, but for my body type I will likely not purchase this brand again.

Great Dress Shirt
Great dress shirt for wedding. The color was fantastic. The shirt only needed slight steaming to take out wrinkles before wearing. Well worth the price. Will be wearing again.

More than I paid for...
My son wore this shirt to his winter formal and it fit him as well as his other dress shirts. My son is 6'2" with a 30" waist, tall and thin, and the sleeves were long enough for him. At the price I paid, it exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with this purchase.
