Mansions of Madness: Call of the Wild Game Expansion

Call of the Wild is an excellent addition to the base game. It adds an awesome element with new monsters, new investigators, and new stories - one of which is Investigators Only. It also clarifies a definition my friends and I were having regarding rooms (more specifically if the multiple Hallway tiles were one room or separate rooms when connected). This expansion also brings in the concept of nighttime and daytime and, while we haven't gotten to that story just yet, it sounds very promising! This is an absolute must if you're considering expanding your Mansions of Madness collection.

Fascinating add-on to MoM. New scenarios, monsters, characters etc. Non-linear gameplay is an interesting twist. If you're a fan of the base game or HP Lovecraft in general, buy it!

Do you love Pen and Paper games? Do you love roleplaying? Do you enjoy creating ambiance with your game with some dark music in the background? If so, mansions of madness and all of it's expansions need to yours !If you find a regular group to play with and set the correct atmosphere, there is no way you won't like this game !!!Do not overlook the atmosphere, the flavor text, listen to some dark music... if you don't, you might spoil the game and the horror it tries to create and you might not like it so much !Only downside is the box arrived a bit damaged and the monsters figures were a bit bent which spoiled a bit my joy when I received it :( but nothing dramatic, the dunwich horror doesn't stick well to the black plastic plate but it's no big deal in the end.

Wonderful expansion! The scenarios that are added by this expansion are absolutely top notch. The box came with a small tear along one side on the bottom half, but it didn't impede opening, and none of the other components were damaged. Would definitely buy again!

If you have played the first Mansion of Madness game and want more this is a must have. all of the new missions are out doors and it is really fun. I love the new monsters and characters. My favorite part though is the introduction of "allies". If you want to know more then buy the game and find out. :)

I'm a big fan of themed board games and Mansions of Madness (and subsequent expansions) are easily at the top of my list. Check out boardgamegeek.com for more info. The only thing I've noticed about the various scenarios so far is that while no two games are alike they sometimes do have a one-dimensional theme, ie. you may only come across one or two types of monsters per session. Not necessarily a bad thing if it fits the theme. One scenario has a classic "axe-wielding maniac" that chases throughout the session. What makes MoM so entertaining though is that it's fluid enough to make small adjustments that improve gameplay. Feel free to get creative and have a great time!

A different take on the mansions of madness game more open ended sacrificing a bit of the narrative options for the keeper but it ends up being open ended and fun

Mansions of Madness just got a whole lot bigger and better with the Call of the Wild expansion. Now the game goes outside of the house and into the gardens and haunted woods; what more could happy gamers want.
