Why does the nightlight stay on when my ceiling fan light is on yet it shuts off when my table lamp is on?

You'll have to verify which orientation your nightlight is positioned in. It *does* have a light sensor that can be sensitive (near the dimmer). Make sure it has good access to light detection, otherwise it will not work the way it should.

They won’t stop blinking on and off, how do I fix this?

If they are in a room with varying lighting, they will blink on and off. Try putting them in a dark room and see if that stops. They should be on. In a well lit room they will be off. Otherwise, I would not have an answer.

My bathroom outlet has a switch on top. A nightlight must have prongs at top so it hangs down, otherwise it covers the switch. Where are the prongs?

Universal prongs, so you can hang either way.

Does it remember the previous color setting and default to it even if power is lost, then restored?

Mine only has one color, but I have not had a power outage affect it. As the adjustment is a slide adjustment like that of dimmer switch unless you move it does not change brightness
