Good quality and it continues to work very well

The pump and motor is still going strong after 14 years. I replaced the original rollers after 12 years and got a little over 1 year on the second roller. Both rollers sheared internally so the steel shaft would rotate but the rollers didn't move. Good tight fit. Maybe I used the wrong grease or something on the shaft. Installed new rollers and tube in 5 minutes and the pump is running like new.

This roller assembly is a good quality replacement for the old roller assembly. Good quality and good service is hard to beat.

We keep multiples of these spares on hand in the event of a failure. They hold up with predictable expectations. I know this varies based on tubing durometer and revolutions but again a good value and performance from this OEM Stenner product replacement.

Item worked as it should. Was easy to replace my old roller, and its work just fine. Finally got clean water in my house again.

Our old one would not stay expanded, which allowed water to overflow (why they don't install a check valve is beyond me).... so I asked the installers for a new roller Assembly - they quoted me $160 (I think $90 for the rollers, and $70 for the center shaft - cause ya need both you know).... anyway - found this online for a fraction of the cost, installed it quick and easy, and has been working for a week or so now with no issues. Glad I searched around and found this one. Arrived quickly, in good shape, and fit right into our system.
