Made in China says it all…
Instructions difficult to follow, bags with parts not numbered and overall quality certainly much poorer than LEGO. I doubt very much that ‘kids’ would find this easy to do. However it looks good once assembled !

Great finished article and value but poor instructions
Not easy to assemble, instructions are no where near as clear as you get with Lego. However my 7 year old son and myself thoroughly enjoyed constructing this. We had a real sense of achievement during and the finished article is fantastic. The components are on a par with Lego and I would expect to pay at least double for the equivalent size Lego item. So definitely value for money.

Great present
I bought this for my 8-year-old son, who loves it. The instructions were a little tricky in places but he managed it with a little adult help when needed. It's great that it comes with a brick separator, which was really handy when he made some mistakes. The annoying thing is that the bricks aren't bagged in any logical way, so you have to open all the bags to start with and separate them into logical piles yourself. The other annoying thing was a few missing bricks. Luckily most of them were pretty standard ones so my son found spares among his other Lego that he could use instead. There are still a couple of missing pieces, but we put them all on one side so that it wouldn't be visible when it's on display. Finally, the light that comes with it is really cool, but the wire is so short that you can't really plug it in. Overall, my son was pleased with this purchase.

Excellent
I have to say i was a little dubious due to some of the reviews. But im so glad i gave it a go. Got this for my 9 year old for easter. Yes its not lego and yeah ok the bags aren't numbered and it took us a while to sort everything into piles like the instructions suggest. But the bricks were all there. None missing. Instructions were clear and easy enough for my 9 year old to do pretty much alone. It looks really good and if you were buying this as a real 'lego' product it would cost a fortune. One very happy child and mum.

Don't buy it unless you have nerves made of steel
Wow, where do I begin... This was an excellent way to add stress to Christmas day. Unlike Lego (and yes, I was aware it wasn't Lego; because Titanic Lego costs, like £700, which is too much even for a Lego) all the parts are randomly put in lots of bags. What instructions suggest is that one first sorts out the parts by type... Lots of parts... to be sorted out first... The the instructions themselves - confusing would be an understatement. Lastly, and most annoyingly: again, unlike Lego - as you're building on, one uncareful move and the thing crumbles. It's partly testament that it doesn't always snap in/on as neatly as... yep, you guessed it, but also it seems that part of the construction is structurally unstable, hence any pressure at the later stages (when, for example, trying to snap pieces on) will break it up. And as the instructions are confusing, re-building it becomes a nightmare.I bought it for a 6-year old. No chance a 6-year old can build it on his own. Unless he is a genius and can solve difficult riddles or has strength of a Superman.Definitely, without a shadow of a doubt, do not buy it. I regret I have.

Pretty good, but spoilt by one malformed piece.
It’s a good product. Took my 16 year old a few hours to complete. The instructions were good. However one malformed piece left us rummaging through all our old Lego to find suitable replacements.

Great build
Such a great. Build. Really enjoying it. My only problem is it's missing a part. See photo. It's a small. Brown bit on left of shop. It has the one on the right as you can see. Don't know where to get a replacement
