Full-Page Floor Magnifying Lamp - Metal,Silver

I’ve bought many magnifying lamps both desktop and floor models. I love love love this one because the size of the magnifier is big enough for me to put over my work table and make jewelry. I love the flexibility - you can move it to the perfect height. One thing I had a slight problem with was two pieces that screw into together didn’t seem to ever fit completely. I tried many times and knew it was past the 30 days to return. The seller told me to contact the manufacturer DAYLIGHT 24. I received a reply to my email asking if there was a warranty for defective part - they said they will ship me a new one. How wonderful is that??? So I give 5 stars for the product and 5 stars for the manufacturer DAYLIGHT 24.

I love it! It work just like it says. The lights are great too. The only down side is the lens scratches easily. I would still buy it because it does work really well for me.

I got the outfit because it has a large light for looking at the pages of books and other things. It also shines a light on things that you are working with that as a computer, but does not reflect on the screen, which makes it good up your desktop working with a computer. It must be held right towards the object or it shows under distortion, and this is not always easy with the light which is somewhat difficult to get straight with your object of interest. In certain conditions, it substitutes for reading glasses if you hold, it is the right distance from your object.

Large horizontal lighted magnifier. I use it for reading piano music. I have it standing on books to be high enough. Goose neck seems really sturdy. Stand is solid. Instructions for putting together were fabulous - Pictures and words.

My wife uses this for cross-stitching. She loves it. Magnification is great, large field of view, very bright. We tried several others before getting this one. We liked the fact that you can order replacement bulbs for it as well. Base is well weighted, does not tip over. Flexable neck lets you position it right where you need it.

This product is not manufactured with quality. Little is needed to improve its functioning for elderly people's safety. The main problem is that the pole is not secured to the base, making it difficult to move for an elderly person because they will have to bend over to move the base with their hands! The idea is a well needed one, and the magnifying glass works well, but it must be set on a strong stable base and pole. I am stuck with the item at this point due to difficulty in arranging for its return. I do not recommend it for an elderly person.

The overall design is what I wanted and the lighted magnifier is adequate for reading. However, when the product arrived is had a bent support post (it's metal) and I straightened it with pliers. The packing looked like it had been previously removed (perhaps was not new), and was insufficient--the product rattled in the box. The fault with this order apparently was with the seller.

This was the most prompt delivery ever. I am 85 Years old and have Macular degeneration in both eyes. I spend a lot of time crocheting but have to do so under a full page magnifying lamp . My old one broke and this was so wonderful that they delivered so fast. I would really like to have another one for my porch so I could crochet outside on my porch in nice weather but I am on a fixed income and can’t afford another one.
