Is it possible to use this with an electric wheelchair? The chair does have 12-volt battery power.

I would imagine so, but you would need to get a horn button and wire with the relay. Anyone familiar with auto electric shouldn't have a problem. Loud enough to bounce you out of the chair. good luck

Do I need to purchase other parts with this horn kit?

Yes, you will need to purchase another horn from a different manufacture because they dont work and you will have wasted your time installing a broken horn right out of the box.

What does it sound like, a big rig, a monster beep, or something else?

Not a big rig....but....triple the sound of loud auto and It Does get their attention.

Can this replace a to tone horn system? How?

It has a two tone OEM sound similar to a Ford horn.
