Main point - if you have time, look around. I got a cheap ($300) Alvarez acoustic-electric about 20 years ago and it's been a great guitar - but it's taken a beating and the pickup stopped working. So, I got this as an upgrade. I really like the armrest. It sounds and plays great and looks very nice. Only complaint - I hurried and bought it because I needed something soon and afterward found that Guitar Center and Musician's Friend sell basically the same guitar for like a hundred bucks less. Look around if you have time.

Had to set it up , saddle and nut too high , had some rough finish - had to compound neck and neck joint some. Got some further work done to it - truss rod adj , at a guitar shop. Lowered the nut some more on E and A string. Put a clear pick guard on it . Really happy with it now .

Schade.
