I noticed it has to be refrigerated after opening, does it mean I cannot use it with a dosing pump ?

Seachem answered this question on their forum. They say it is a recommendation for long term storage, but it is not a requirement. No problem if you are dosing and store it under the tank.

Is the level of copper harmful to inverts?

I dose 8 ml a day in my 125 with no issues to coral or inverts.
