Came on time, as advertised. We turned it on and worked as its supposed to. Seems to be good quality. Cooking 28 pound turkey in it today. Hope it does well. We did use it Thanksgiving day. It worked perfectly,kept the turkey moist, saved the oven for other stuff. The inner container made it easy to dip the drippings for gravy. The rack with side handles made it easy to pull the turkey out. Loved being able to look through the clear window in the top to view the turkey.

This was a great buy! Works well and it is excellent quality! It was here before they guessed it would be.

I shouldve taken a picture. But it fit quite well with my 13 lb turkey. It self drips onto the turkey. Even though we baste it. It works really well. Definitely a good find.

This electric counter top roaster oven save me A LOT of cooking time and space in my kitchen on my first ever cooking Thanksgiving last month. It was bigger than I expected, but it did and got the job done!! The heat level and transfer was exceptional and it really didn’t break my wallet either. I really got my moneys worth from my purchase

This does not feel like a high quality product. I'm concerned that the electrical cord feels a little sticky. However it works great. I'm probably only going to use it on Thanksgiving to give me extra oven space and I am happy with it

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!! I have bought 3 for my business... I had 1 replaced for peeling liner and now a total of all 4 have holes in them!!! I render tallow so I ended up with lost product and thankfully I didnt have a grease fire because of it! These SHOULD NOT be sold anymore!!! MASSIVE FIRE HAZARD

Cooked Christmas turkey with this. Turkey came out amazing.

I cooked a 30 lbs turkey last night in this roaster, and was very happy with the results! Great roaster, I am simmering right now the turkey broth I am making with the bones also in the roaster, they have been there for 11 hours so far, looks great. I did buy a heat resistant mat as was recommended and my melamine counter is fine. On cooking the turkey, next time I will: 1) oil the sides of the roaster pan, the turkey being that big the wings/ legs were touching the sides and they stuck a bit; 2) cook it at 325, not 350 as was recommended - it cooked much faster than I expected, and I think it would have been a little bit more tender if it had cooked slower; 3) add at least a cup of water to the bottom of the pan right at the beginning to help with the moisture. I did add at least 3 cups of water while it was cooking to have a good layer of juice at the bottom. I unfortunately did not take a photo of the cooked turkey in my haste to serve it, but I added two photos of the uncooked turkey in the roaster, and the broth simmering. Ok, I'm editing my review reading the other reviews, to mention that 1) it is not fair to give a 1 star review when the open box has nothing to do with the product - it is Amazon who is to blame. And 2) another review mentions that there was smoke the first time and the roaster gets very hot. If they had read the instructions, it does say to use the roaster with a bit of water at the bottom the first time to burn the excess oil on the parts, like I had to do with my new oven, it is normal, and they also do say that it gets very hot, so don't blame the product for not having read the instructions...

Works excellent and takes a 25 pound turkey no problem....highly recommend
