Is it too small for a six year old?

YES it is too small for a six year old. I am considering returning mine, which came today, because it measures barely 44" long rather than the 46" they state. My 50th percentile 3 year old is on the verge of being too tall.

My daughter is 4 years old & is about 41 inches tall, would it fit for her size?
