Heartburn relief without the Aspirin side-effects
For those of us who must refrain from aspirin (e.g. taking Eliquis), these provide heartburn relief without increasing the risk of hemorrhagic stroke.

Great to have this on subscription. My husband and I both use it often so it's great to ensure we never run out. Oftentimes I find that the price is best for it on Amazon!

Great results and pleasant taste
I've been on Wegovy for a while now and at first I dealt with a lot of nausea and stomach upset after eating a meal. This has been a life saver for me and the only thing that worked that also wouldn't break my pocket and the taste was something that wasn't bad at all. I took this everywhere with me. I didn't want to be without it and although the stomach upset is fewer and far between now, I still carry it in my purse in case needed.

Works Fast for Heartburn Relief
These Alka-Seltzer Extra Strength tablets work really well when heartburn or indigestion hits. They dissolve quickly in water, and I usually start feeling relief within just a few minutes. The fizzy drink is easy to take, and it’s great to have on hand after a heavy meal or whenever I overdo it with spicy foods. The 36-count box lasts a while, and they’ve been reliable every time I’ve needed them.

Confusing branding, effective product
Great for heartburn especially when you don't need aspirin. Confusingly, that appears to be the main difference of this product compared to standard Alka-Seltzer. From what I can tell it has more or less the same effect on heartburn, and doesn't include aspirin which is not something I've ever needed from this product. It tastes a little less alkaline than the regular, which surprised me, so it may be more pleasant if that flavor turned you off.

Taste like Alka seltzer helps my heartburn. And I really enjoyed the fizzy action it help.to make you feel better

What a relief it still is
I have gastroparesis (very slow digestion) and … frankly need to burp sometimes. Decided to try this on a whim. I cannot make myself burp! I’m learning and this stuff actually works much better than lots of upset stomach remedies (especially if you feel bloated or over full)
